Description
This is the rear of my Brown Ajah Aes Sedai (Robert Jordan's The Wheel of Time series) dress and shawl. The shoes were murder!
The shawl is not finished. My project before the next con is to 1. Take off the flame and move it down a bit and 2. to embroider the shawl with flowers and vines as appropriate.
All the materials in the costume are traditional materials (linen and silk mostly) except for the fringe, which i suspect, despite my best efforts, is synthetic. The embroidery will also be silk.

Maybe I read something wrong, but I thought all of the shawls were white and just the fringe was the Ajah colors...
